Nathalie’s deep knowledge of the title industry guarantees a smooth and worry-free experience for our clients. She also provides a bilingual closing experience to the Spanish speaking community. She is 1 of 2 Spanish Speaking closers in the Knoxville area.
Nathalie is married to her high school sweetheart, Eric. They have two kids, and three fur babies. When she’s not working, she enjoys baking, and spending as much quality time with her kids. She enjoys travelling and loves food.
Born and raised in Sylvania, Ohio, Kati earned her B.A. in Creative Writing from Denison University in 2008. Kati began her career in the title industry during college, interning at a title company in Toledo, Ohio. As one the title and escrow experts in our company, Kati has over 13 years of experience in various roles within the title industry and currently serves as the Escrow Manager/Licensed Title Agent.
When Kati is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Ben, and their Old English Sheepdog, Ollie. A globetrotter at heart, she has a passion for travel. She also loves working out, reading, and spending time with family.

Born and raised in Knoxville, Lori is a proud lifelong Vols fan 🧡🍊(Go Vols!). She’s also an outdoor lover, cookie baker extraordinaire, and a big fan of all things chocolate and unsweetened Milo’s tea.
When she’s not helping clients or cheering on her daughter—who’s currently a student at UT—you’ll find her enjoying the company of her dog Marley and her two cats, Charlie and Gussy. And if you want to make her smile? Just bring her something fuchsia!

I’m a proud mom to two incredible kids: a spirited 14-year-old and an energetic 3-year-old who both keep me on my toes and fill my life with purpose. They’re my biggest motivation and the reason I strive for balance between career and family.

I’m an avid crocheter, a lover of nature who enjoys hiking our beautiful local trails, and a bookworm who always has a new novel on deck.
